- International Investment
Our lawyers assisted clients in investing in
foreign countries such as China, Hong Kong and
other Asian countries. Foreign investment can

- International Dispute resolution
We helped clients in resolving a broad range
of international disputes, including disputes
arising from global transactions and litigate

courts throughout the world. In particular,
our lawyers are very experienced in international
disputes in China. We regularly work with local
counsel in protecting our clients' interests
in judicial and regulatory proceedings in foreign
jurisdictions.

have been licensed to practice law in China

- Chinese Antidumping Proceedings
We have extensive experience in representing
foreign clients in Chinese antidumping cases.
Our lawyers have successfully represented Russian
and Japanese companies in the 2nd and 4th Chinese
antidumping cases, with one Russian company
getting a 0% margin rate and the other Russian
company a single digit rate effectively preserving
their Chinese markets in the following five
years.
